You try everything to get that happiness and balanced life back. Read books, watch videos, attend seminars and even get professional help.
Often you enthusiastically start a program or professional help where you may have a session every 2 or 3 weeks.
You expect a lot, but after a while you fall back into the old behavior, rhythm and habits.

Through my own experience I have found that this has to do with 3 things, namely:

It intrigues me how people write their script every day; the automated process of storing the daily observations in our subconscious mind that lead to habits. Why they get stuck in their role pattern and how you can break through this. It turns out that regardless of age, people are able to change this script on short term.
To break this process, we create a number of new positive scripts (a written action in several steps that focus on what, where, when, how and with / by whom to be executed). This is recorded in so-called affirmations. These affirmations will be repeated daily and discussed and we will realize a new desired behavior that you will adopt as a new habit. You are expected to make an active contribution (2 to 3 hours a day including the coaching) with the aim that certain “habitual processes” are eliminated or adjusted. The focus is on who you want to be and what you want.
At the end of the process, you also have a number of tools to be able to deal with such situations independently in the future if necessary.
Experience shows that on one hand it requires discipline to do and repeat this every day and on the other hand that a critical sounding board speeds up the process.

Aftercare
Every day you write manually written affirmations. And you e-mail them to me. On working days we will discuss this during the consultation that lasts about 1 hour.
During the coaching you will also receive a number of lessons how the mind functions so that you will better understand why you act in certain circumstances.

After the coaching period, often several goals are still open. At the same time, you have to continue alone after an intensive period of coaching. In order to keep the focus on the new “me”, we maintain contact by reviewing monthly your progress for a period of 3 month.
